Windows DVD Maker, Burn Failure, Msg "File is being used by another process"
I have burned several DVD's with Windows DVD Maker successfully. I am using Windows 7 Professional. The current slide show keeps giving me a message about 0.8% into the process of burning the DVD+R: "Can not create the DVD - The process can not access the file because it is being used by another process". I even did a Windows Restart and went directly to Burning DVD from the slideshow .msdvd that I had saved. But I still get the same message
